Hair care tips

Having long, beautiful, strong, and silky hairs are nearly every girl's dream, some struggle, and achieve it, some struggle but don't achieve it, and some keep it in their brains as a dream only. But, this is not gonna be a dream anymore cause we have got 9 hair growing tips that will surely grow your hairs down to your ankles if you follow them regularly (Inshallah).

  • Don't use any artificial things on your hair
To make hairs look more beautiful, people use a lot of artificial things on their hair, I think that the natural hairs you've got are already so beautiful so throw away all the hair dyes, hair sprays, straighteners, rollers, hairdryers, hair creams, hair chalks, and don't try any types of cuttings on your hairs especially layer cutting if your hairs are growing too long or too messy or if you want to get your hairs short, you can just trim them about 1 inch straightly from the bottom. These different types of cuttings and applications of chemicals and artificial things can damage your hairs really badly.

  • Balayam yoga
This is a very simple, easy, and quick exercise, you can do it whenever your hands are free.
How to do it: Make a heart shape from your hands, join your fingernails and rub them against each other. The purpose of this exercise is to grow your hairs, what happens is that when you rub your fingernails, there is a nerve present right under your fingernails, that nerve is activated through this rubbing process and sends signals to the brain, this whole process stimulates our dead or damaged hair follicles, this also activates scalp blood which improves our hair growth.

  • Hair massage
This is also a really easy 10 min exercise which is really common among us. Massage your head before going to bed or whenever you're free. Massage reduces tension and stress and provides relief to our head through which our hairs get proper nutrition, and the growth process becomes faster.

  • Trimming
Trimming is the most important and useful tip, it plays a main role in our hair growth. Make sure to trim your hairs nearly 1 inch once a month, If you won't trim them, they will start falling and can be really messy and naughty. But make sure to trim them only do not try any other types of cuttings as I told you before that they might cause damage.
  • Applying oils and other organic things on your hairs
Apply oil at least twice a week, this is the best hair treatment. Other than the oil you can also apply other organic things to your hairs, such as rice water, boiled flax seeds, cucumber, aloe vera, onion paste, milk, yogurt, egg, lemon, banana, and many other things, These are all the organic things that contain minerals your hairs need, but if you eat these things, these will also affect your internal body including your hair and make them stronger too.
  • Cover your hairs
These days the science has made a new discovery which is traveling all around social media is that human's hair catches all the dirt and bacteria in our environment, so cover your hairs as it is also a sunnah and it also keeps our hair clean.
  • Hair washing
Wash your hair thoroughly every day from water and twice or thrice a week from shampoo, conditioner or hair wash. try to use the only shampoo and not different types of conditioners and hair wash chemicals, ask your mother or grandmother to make amla reetha shampoo or if they can't, use baby shampoo as they both contain less amount of chemicals. Take 6-7 drops of shampoo while applying it, and massage thoroughly. Don't use it too much as it also may cause damage to your hair.

  • Nits operation
If you have nits in your hair, here is an operation for them.
Take a comb and detangle your hairs, now take a nit comb and comb your hairs with it after oiling or taking a bath.
  • Night routine
Before going to bed you would have to follow these 4 steps:
  1. Massage your hairs
  2. Do oiling in your roots
  3. Detangle your hairs
  4. Braid up your hairs
By following these all tips regularly, in a year or so Inshaallah you'll get a nice result.
