Defeat diseases

These days when coronavirus is spreading all over the world all the doctors, teachers, parents, and people who take care of us are recommending us to take a healthy diet such as fruits, vegetables, and milk to make our immune system strong and be healthy. But do you know the meaning of being healthy? First of all, being healthy doesn't mean being very thin or to be fat. Many people think that if they're eating a lot of food so they're healthy enough to fight the germs in their body but they're not healthy. If anybody wants to be healthy one should not eat too much food because it makes us obese, and obesity is the root cause of all diseases.
So if anybody wants to be healthy, that person should take milk, fruits, and vegetables especially raw ones, and avoid fast food and all the junk, while eating do not overeat and try to keep some part of your stomach empty as it is also a sunnah and helps us to boost up our immunity
While staying home, try to indulge in different physical activities such as walking, jogging, cycling, rollerblading, play football, basketball and tennis in your lawn to be fit and active, and do exercises at home, also play the mind testing board games to relax and reduce stress. Do not watch too much screen, and fill up your lungs with some fresh air every morning and evening. Wash your hands properly every hour or if you're somewhere outdoor so keep a pocket-sized hand sanitizer with you and clean your hands with it. Avoid eating sweets and oily meals because they cause constipation. Give your body a lot of vitamins"D''and have some sunbath early in the morning. Eat seasonal fruits at least twice a day, drink a lot of water to avoid kidney diseases, do not eat spicy food, eat simple, hygienic, and homemade food, if you reject homemade food and prefer to have fast food you can never be healthy. Wear mask and gloves outdoors to prevent coronavirus and other lung diseases. Stay clean and also keep your surroundings cleanby carpooling,walking or cycling for short distances and recycling non-biodegredable waste
If someone is effected from coronavirus that person should not panic, stay quarantined, should not wear anyone elses clothes and according to doctors instructions take safety measures and medicines. And after recovering the recovered patient should immediately throw away the clothes which were worn during illness.
By following this routine we can all live a healthy and happy life and defeat not only coronavirus but every disease in our environment (INSHA ALLAH).
